Returns
Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your item, please request a return within 30 days.

Refunds will be given minus shipping costs.

To be eligible for a return, new items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in the original packaging.

Non-refundable items:

Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. Intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products.
  • Books with obvious signs of wear
  • Opened CD, DVD, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to shipping damage.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the return determination. 
If your refund is approved, your refund will be processed, and your credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 business days.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund within 5-7 days after item is received, please contact us. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted to your account.

Exchanges
We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@gladiatorgardens.com 

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

Please allow time for shipping of your exchanged items. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a traceable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee or track return shipping.
